Skate, Surf, Snow or Fashion?
I’m a bit of a mix. I’m lucky enough to live within skating distance of the office, which makes for a good commute. I’ve skied since I was tiny so I’m pretty happy out on the hill and I surf in the summer as and when I can get down to the coast.
I need to surf more, but I try to head somewhere annually for a surf break – this year was India!
What do you do?
I’m a graphic designer and work closely with producing the collection pages, corresponding imagery and collateral. I also help plan and direct our photoshoots to make sure that we have all the creative assets necessary for our concept pages.
What’s the best thing about your job?
I love being able to pitch ideas and see them develop into working projects. We have a good, fun team as well. There’s lots of creativity – great for bouncing ideas around.
The one tool you couldn’t live without?
Adobe Creative Suite.
Brands you’ve got your eyes on?
Deus Ex Machina, Sandqvist and Armada. I have way too many clothes and live in a pretty small flat, so most of the items I buy are either to replace something that’s ripped or ruined or because it has a specific purpose.
Best Surfdome purchase EVER?
My Giro Surface S Snow helmet. I landed on my head a little while ago and I’m pretty sure that it saved me from either a very large headache, or something much more sinister.
